WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?

Check-In time begins at 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is until 11:00 a.m.

WHAT I NEED UPON CHECK-IN?

Upon your arrival, be sure to have on hand:

• Identification Card (Driver License or Passport)

• Credit Card with a logo of Visa, MasterCard, Discover o American Express

PUERTO RICO ROOM TAX

Puerto Rico room tax 9%

IS THERE A HOLD IN MY CARD?

For security purposes, the hotel makes a $150 hold in the card on file. If everything is okay, the hold is release after check-out.

CAN I CHECK-IN LATE AT NIGHT?

IS EARLY CHECK-IN OR A LATE CHECK-OUT AVAILABLE?

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out are given upon availability.
